WATANO four—cam lathes with independent cam movement are clamping devices for lathes that allow machining workpieces with a non-cylindrical shape or when the axis of the surface to be machined does not coincide with the axis of attachment. Such cartridges have four radially directed slots into which the clamping cams are installed. A separate mechanism is provided for the movement of each cam in the design, which makes it independent of the movement of the others.
